Pam is a K-12 NJ certificated art teacher with almost 30 years of community education administrative experience, specializing in extended day program management.  In the early 90’s Pam worked for the YMCA ‘Prime-Time’ after school program, serving the west end of Atlanta. For almost 8 years, she served as Director of Program Development at the YWCA Princeton which included coordination of their extensive after school program.  Pam came to Robbinsville after successfully running Princeton Young Achievers as their Executive Director for 4 years.  A graduate of Trenton State College and FIT/State University of New York, Pam remains an active mentor to TCNJ students as well as a former Trustee of Princeton Community Housing.  She has received accolades from the local media, New Jersey General Assembly, and parents for her design and implementation of the R.E.D. Program.  Pam was a 2015 "NJ Governor's Educator of the Year" nominee as well as "Pride of the Arts Council of Princeton Neighborhood Award" recipient in 2008.  You can find Ms. Elmi's after school editorials every spring in the 'Mercer County Woman' newspaper.

A humble, sincere, and respectful acknowledgement to my staff who have made the decision to return to serving Robbinsville's children during these very challenging times of COVID-19.  Because I care about them like family, I have done everything in my power to prepare them and protect them this new school year.  Let it be known that in my eyes, "the R.E.D. staff are hometown HEROES!!"   -Ms. Pam
